The Kortex field service CRM keeps the customer, the booking, the invoice, and the day’s dispatch in one place. It is the system behind the website and the Google Ads, for a small service company. It is not an enterprise field-service suite, and it is not landfill routing.
- Customers and their bookings stay on one record.
- Invoices sit with the job. A booking can take a card payment through your own Stripe Connect account, and the booking lands in the Kortex CRM.
- A dispatch view shows the day: deliveries, visits, or the quoted job you already scheduled.
- The website and Google Ads management are included, so the CRM is not a second vendor.
Kortex does not claim a native driver app, live GPS, or QuickBooks sync, and it does not integrate with DRS, iCans, Docket, or Box Tracker. What you get here is the office board plus the site and the ads.
Kortex is $300/month plus a $999 one-time setup fee. Google Ads management is included in that plan. You pay Google for the clicks. Kortex does not bill a percent of ad spend.

Is this an enterprise field service platform?
No. Kortex is for a local service business that wants the website, booking, a CRM and dispatch board, Google Ads, and SEO. It does not price itself per truck, and it does not sell yard inventory as the product.
What does the CRM store?
The customer, the booking, invoices, and a dispatch view of the day. When a job is done, Kortex emails that customer your Google review link. Review requests go out by email only, not by text message.
Does the CRM include the website and Google Ads?
Yes. Those are part of the same monthly plan, along with SEO. Google Business Profile posting is not live yet.
