Online booking and CRM for local service businesses
Customers ask for the work on your site and pay on your Stripe account. You see the customer, the booking, and the day on one board. The website and the Google Ads are the same plan.
Booking
- Card payments go to your own Stripe account. Stripe’s card fee is 2.9% + 30¢.
- The CRM holds the customer, the booking, invoices, and a dispatch view of the day.
- When a job is done, Kortex can text that customer your Google review link. Opt-outs are handled.
- Google Business Profile posting is not live yet. The website, booking, CRM, ads, and SEO are.
Booking matches the business. A rental takes dates. A lawn route repeats. An HVAC visit is an appointment. Painting and tree service quote the job, then schedule it.
Kortex is $300/month plus a $999 one-time setup fee. Google Ads management is included in that plan. You pay Google for the clicks. Kortex does not bill a percent of ad spend.

Does the money land in Kortex’s account?
No. Card payments go to the Stripe account you connect. Kortex’s fee is the monthly plan and the one-time setup.
Which businesses can book this way?
Local service businesses: rental, recurring visits, appointments, and quote-then-job. The dumpster, lawn, HVAC, painting, and tree pages describe each one.
