1. Subscription Plans
Kortex is offered as a monthly subscription service. Current pricing:
Kortex Pro: $300/month
Full platform access with all features included.
Pricing is subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price increases.
2. Pay-as-you-go
- Kortex is a paid-from-day-one subscription — there is no free trial
- Payment is required at signup
- Your first $300 charge happens the moment you complete checkout
- Full feature access begins immediately after payment
- Cancel anytime from your billing page; future billing stops
3. Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Billing occurs on the same day each month (your "billing date")
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- We accept major credit cards and debit cards
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Sales tax may apply based on your location
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
- Upon cancellation, our systems will stop making changes to your accounts
- Changes made during your subscription remain in place
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges (full refund)
- Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours (prorated refund)
- At our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to billing@Kortexsolutions.com
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment again over the next 7 days
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- After 7 days of failed payments, your account may be suspended
- Suspended accounts can be reactivated by updating payment information
- Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be terminated
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the Service
Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Changes to Plans
We may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. Changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
